Open Doors Program — Volunteer Role🌐 Fully Remote

Mission Advocate

You have a phone. We have a mission. That's all it takes.

Why This Role Matters

Every church that hears about the Open Doors Program is a potential deployment. Every donor who understands the mission is a potential supporter. Mission Advocates make those connections happen — from wherever they are in the country.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to churches, nonprofits, and community organizations to introduce the Open Doors Program
  • Share information about ZionSphere's mission and how organizations can apply for free access
  • Solicit donations from individuals and organizations who want to sponsor youth deployments
  • Take inbound calls from people who have expressed interest in giving or volunteering
  • Log call notes and outcomes for the ZionSphere team

Typical Shift

Fully flexible — you set your own calling schedule. Scripts and call lists provided.

Time Commitment

As few as 1–5 hours per month. Every call matters.

Requirements

  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and having conversations with strangers
  • Clear communicator with a genuine passion for the mission
  • Reliable phone and quiet space to make calls
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • No geographic restriction — open to volunteers anywhere in the United States

Training

Mission Advocates receive a full onboarding packet including call scripts, FAQ sheets, talking points about the Open Doors Program, and guidance on how to handle common objections. You'll also have a direct line to the ZionSphere team for questions that come up in the field.
